What Do You See?

What do you see?

That is the title of a shockingly fair, balanced, and serious article about the 1967 Patterson-Gimlin footage written by Scott Sandsberry that appeared in the July 10th edition of the Yakima Herald-Republic.

It is quite refreshing to see the subject treated respectfully. Mr. Sandsberry is to be commended for his journalistic integrity and for resisting the temptation to interject his own opinions on the subject, whatever they might be, into the article. Anyone interested in the sasquatch phenomenon should check it out here.

I would be curious as to how readers weigh in on this famous footage. Real or hoax?

What do you see?

  1. You know, i've never really stared at this still. It's quite amazing if you look close. She has breasts! Also, look at the worn fur in places where she probably commonly lays down. Look at her arm, elbow, ribs... A couple of patches on her legs. You see that in a lot of short haired wild animals. You DON'T see it in costumes. Especially costumes from the 60's. Crazy!
